My style is gentle with a side order of humour, as I believe it’s only when you have the capacity to see a situation in perspective that you can fully understand it. I’ll help you find that perspective.
As well as helping with more traditional issues – such as low confidence or self-esteem – I can help you identify and improve your technical motor skills, including driving (cars and golf!), flying and navigation.
